• Mindful Space Journal: This journal helps you to cultivate daily gratitude, while guiding you towards mindful contemplation, reflections and self-care. It is a private space for you to be vulnerable with your spirit, and to rise and surrender without any self-judgment.

Crystal Grid Instructions:

Pick a few crystals that call out to you. Hold your chosen crystals in your palm and set your intentions aloud or internally. Place the crystals on the grid in any pattern that calls out to you. Go with your inner intuition and have fun! You can choose to leave the crystals on the grid to do its work and dismantle when you feel like it's done its work, or you can also choose to permanently affix the crystals down with hot glue.
