For orders <$80, standard delivery via Ninjapack (3-5 business days): $3.90
For orders over $80, standard delivery via Ninjapack (2-5 business days): Free!
All domestic orders are shipped via Ninjavan Ninjapack with a tracking number.
For international orders <$100
Asia (except Japan, Australia, New Zealand): $15
Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world: $20
For international orders in Asia over $100, standard delivery via Singapore Post/Qxpress: Free!

International deliveries are shipped through Singapore Post OR Qxpress and comes with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside Singapore) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If no tracking number has been issued, we will aim to resolve your issue.
However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a $10 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $3.90 postage fee will be charged for domestic order. If an order is cancelled after a tracking number is issued, a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee applicable for shipping your order.
For international orders, packages will have to be return to sender before sending out again. This may take 2-4 weeks depending on the country. A $10 postage fee will be charged to resend the item out.
For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
Singapore customers: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.
International customers: All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-order items are in stock.
